At Freewell Gear, we stand by the quality of our optics and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, cases, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
